Evaluate

There is no better way to evaluate a software system than to test it yourself WITHOUT a high pressure sales demo.    We are happy to provide a demo but we always recommend you first spend a few minutes yourself to understand the various work flows and user models that Hotel Service Bell provides.

User models

There are two basic user types in the Hotel Service Bell user model :

  • Guests – These are the guests of the hotels
  • Associates – These are all of the employees or contractors, management, workers  at the hotel.

Work Flow

A guest or associate can create a Request /Issue Ticket.  This can be created by a variety of methods by the guests themselves, hotel associates or other automated email inputs.

The Request / Issue ticket is then carefully tracked, dispatched, managed, and closed.  Both the Guest and the Associates are kept informed of the request progress as it get dispatched and assigned, scheduled and executed.  All of the steps of the Request / Issue ticket are carefully record in the request history and extensive reports allow for analysis of requests.

Or simply scan this code below with your camera or QR code reader app on your smart phone!  With newer iPhones, the camera automatically figures out you are about to take a picture of a QR code and it pops up a prompt to directly take you to the URL of QR code.

Scan this QR code with your smart code to also access the login page for Hotel Service Bell.  This would be specific to your hotel.  It is configured to show a hotel called Old Stone Inn.

Associate:

There are two interface options for associates depending if you are on a mobile device or working on a full screen web browser.

Use the Associate login for demo tech account for  Jane Smith with Login info:

Password:  smith
